Good Morning,

FUN FACT
The prolific Western red cedar (Thuja plicata) has, for most of recorded history, been a silent bastion of our local forests, coasts, and mountains here in British Columbia. Western Red-Cedar, seen locally in Tofino, is the largest tree in the Pacific Northwest, with liv- ing individuals recorded up to 599 cm in diameter and 500 m3 of volume.
